Los Nardos Hostel is a warm, easy-going place in the heart of Oaxaca de Juárez, in the Jalatlaco neighbourhood. Simple, clean rooms, green patios, hand-painted stairways and a rooftop where the whole city opens up at sunset.
Backpackers, families, couples and pets all share the house: it is made for travellers who want to sleep well, cook their own food and walk to everything that matters downtown.

4:00 pmSanto Domingo in 14 minutes, El Llano around the corner, mezcalerías and bookshops along the way. Leave your keys at reception and come back whenever.
8:30 pmThe whole city from above, string lights and conversation with other guests. The best way to close the day — and it is free.
